This merchant advertised a TV with full manufacturers warranty and when I received my order and registered the TV with Samsung I was advised by Samsung that the warranty has expired some 5 months earlier. I immediately explained this to the merchant and what followed was them initially saying they could still provide the warranty to them not being able to provide the warranty. Furthermore i received numerous messages calling me all kinds of names. Very unprofessional. I would avoid at all costs

Hi Shaun We have reported this review as 1 This is still an ongoing case with ebay 2 You have provided a false representation of the case especially as you intimidated a courier who came to collect our tv back since you were not compliant for us to resolve your issue instead you told him your family were watching it and lied you were not going to be in for collection only to be found home. we take our customer satisfaction seriously please show proof of any names we called if this is true Thanks
